Project Transform - Transforming Waste into Resources Project Transform is a joint collaboration between: Coventry City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council. The Partners are working together to develop effective and sustainable solutions to manage residual waste in the sub-region. The Project Transform webpages are currently under development, however we have made the Project's first significant piece of work available on this webpage.
