Project Transform is a partnership between Coventry City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council. The Partners are working together to develop sustainable waste management solutions. A key part of this work is the development of a new waste treatment facility, which will treat waste that cannot be usefully reused or recycled.
In June 2009 the Project was awarded funding from the Treasury to contribute to the development of the new facility, this was awarded through the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme. The Project is now progressing to the procurement and development stage and we will be using this website to keep interested parties up to date with progress on the project.
