Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund Projects
Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund Projects

The Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund (ALSF) was introduced in April 2002 to provide funds to tackle a wide range of problems in areas affected by the extraction of aggregates. The ALSF is distributed on behalf of DEFRA by several bodies including English Heritage, English Nature and the Countryside Commission. ALSF funds for heritage projects are principally administered by English Heritage.
