A web site isn't much use if the design stops you reading the text, which is why we insist on good colour contrast on all pages. If there is a dark, background, the text should be a very light colour for example.

Making the site easy to read doesn't stop with the colours chosen however. The words used must be clear and easy to understand. The Warwickshire Web has been awarded the "Crystal Mark" in recognition of our efforts to remove gobbledegook and simplify text for easy reading.
