Warwickshire EBP and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)
Warwickshire EBP deliver a wide a range of activities in schools, help organise a variety of events and provide support material to assist teachers in enhancing and enriching the STEM curriculum for young people throughout their school careers. The range of activities in our portfolio include practical challenges, support for Company Related Challenges, employer engagement and as a point of information.

Currently there a number of skills gap within STEM related careers particularly, in engineering and science roles. STEM is high on the government’s agenda and is doing much to promote these subjects. WEBP is involved in a number of schemes to promote the wealth of opportunities that are available in the sub region. We currently work with partners such as STEMNET - WEBP is a STEMPOINT contract holder, providing impartial brokerage on STEM Enhancement and Enrichment activities, to all schools and colleges in the local area and as a STEM Ambassadors Management contract holder, to coordinate the national STEM Ambassadors programme, to engage with STEM employers and professionals from a range of STEM related backgrounds to provide links with local schools and colleges.
