What happens next?
Nobody likes to be caught speeding. But if you have been detected speeding or running a red light, then you'll want to know what happens next.
The first stage is to identify who was driving the vehicle at the time of the offence. The Notice of Intended Prosecution is used to identify the driver. If you have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution you have four options:
Complete the form identifying yourself as the driver and return it to Camera Enforcement Unit
If you know you were not driving at the time of the offence then you must identify the driver
You could fill out part of the form but not sign it
Just ignore the form
What are you going to do?
Click on one of the options above to see what happens next.
