What is a Publication Scheme?
A publication scheme is a description of the information that a public authority routinely makes available. Public authorities must adopt the model publication scheme produced by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Warwickshire County Council has adopted the Model Publication Scheme and the Definition Document for County Councils.

The Strategic Director of Resources has overall responsibility for the Publication Scheme and our compliance with the Freedom of Information Act as Monitoring Officer.
