The scheme complies with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. It includes information available in a variety of formats. For example paper-based documents such as reports, maps, photographs, and books, computer files such as databases and web pages, audiotapes or videos.

Responsibility for the Scheme
The Strategic Director of Performance and Development has overall responsibility for the Publication Scheme and our compliance with the Freedom of Information Act.
Maintenance of the Scheme
The Freedom of Information Officer in our Corporate Legal Services s responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Scheme.
