Projects Group

We are a group created to identify changes and improvements necessary in order to deliver the Council's corporate objectives and the Department's strategic vision. Our aim is to make it possible and desirable for clients to achieve these changes and improvements.

Our objectives are
  • to provide financial support to key Corporate projects
  • engage with customers and partners ensuring their views and feedback are reflected in our services
  • foster networking and the exchange of information
Our wish is to use this web page as a networking and information sharing tool to ensure we reach the widest spread of contacts and partners. We are keen to receive feedback on what we have done, learn from other organisations' experiences and make our knowledge and resources available to others.

Using Prince2 and Prince2 Lite project management methodology to complement our Departmental and Corporate procedures we have been and are involved in a wide variety of projects.
