This site, www.educationwarwick.com and the services it contained including the School Information System, i-Exchange and Online exclusions is no longer available.
1) The School Information System (SIS) is now available on the Learning Platform by clicking on the following link:
https://portal.we-learn.org.uk/establishments/0000/manschools/SIS/Pages/default.aspx
You will need your usual Learning Platform/We-Learn username and password to access this.
You will be able to access further information including Fischer Family Trust guidance, provisional school, County and National results, target setting guidance and general policy documents from the SIS.
2) i-Exchange the facility that you used to upload/download data to the LA has been replaced. For now you can only upload your termly School Census return to the LA.
Instructions about this will be forwarded to you by the Commissioning Support Service (CSS) before each Census collection and can be viewed with the flyer.
To submit schools census data please use your usual WES-Online username and password to log into Me@WCC via https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/Me@WCC
3) Schools must continue to record their exclusion data on their SIMS.net system and report any permanent exclusions to the Exclusions Team on (01926) 742517 as soon as possible.
