Online Approved Premises Licensing
To apply for an Approved Premises Licence you can complete the application form online. You must then print it, sign it and post it to us with : -
- A floor plan of the premises clearly showing the rooms to be approved
- A copy of the current public liability insurance certificate applicable to the premises (minimum £5m cover is required)
- The fee of £1800 (this can either be paid online by Visa Debit or alternatively you may enclose a cheque made payable to Warwickshire County Council)
Please ensure that you read the notes to applicants on page 2 of the application form before submitting your application.
