Network Management
The role of the Network Management Group is to monitor the condition and structurally maintain the Highway Networks of Warwickshire, ensuring easy and safe access for all users to local amenities and destinations. We do this through the provision of carefully designed, high quality maintenance operations, in a manner which is responsive to the needs of the local community, the local economy and the environment.

The Purpose of the Group is...
- carry out targeted, visual carriageway and footway condition surveys on the County Highway Networks.
- to manage machine based condition surveys on carriageways on the County Highway Networks
- to analyse the collected condition survey data and provide assessments of existing and future highway structural conditions
- to investigate, design and manage the structural maintenance works programmes for the roads and footways of Warwickshire.
- to undertake contract management of works for other Departmental Sections.
- to undertake work for private organisations and other business units of Warwickshire County Council as required.
