FIS - Working Parents Employment Rights - Accurate and up-to-date information advice and guidance about employment rights to help parents make decisions that are best for them. Legislation to help working parents find a better balance between work and family life is constantly changing with new measures, such as an increase in statutory maternity pay and the right to request flexible working being implemented.

Employer Audit form - The Family Information Service is working with employers to help ensure that all the childcare needs of their employees are met. We would appreciate it if you could complete this self audit form which will aid development of the childcare market. You do not have to answer every question, although it would help us if you could answer as many as possible. You can complete the form anonymously and if so we will not record any details of who sent us the information.
