This section designs and supervises construction of all new County Council funded road projects and carries out design and construction work on behalf of external clients, such as Severn Trent Properties, Ford Motor Company, Taylor Wimpey Homes Limited and Persimmon Homes Limited.
We also supervise any developer led work which may affect the County Highway network, and often undertake the design work for such developments. We are active participants in the creating Bus Showcase Route Initiative and refurbishment of the town centres such as the Parade, Leamington Spa.

| A new access road at the former Midland Quarry in Nuneaton has been created which is aimed at opening up developable land within the Midland Quarry site. |
