Arts and Older People
The County Arts Service offer advice and assistance for projects and organisations looking to develop projects across Warwickshire that are involve arts and older people. Within this area of work County Arts has supported projects in the following areas:
- Reminiscence and Creative Arts
- Dance and Older People
- Projects supported by the Social Inclusion Arts Grant
|  | Case Study: Reminiscene and Creative Arts
Three residential homes across the County took part in a Reminiscence and Creative Arts project, run by the County Arts Service in partnership with Heritage Education.
The sessions combined reminiscence work and one of three art forms; ceramics, creative writing and drama. The sessions explored memories and reminiscences within the theme of ’celebration’.
