A consumer advice and information service is now provided by Consumer Direct West Midlands on behalf of Warwickshire Trading Standards. Consumer Direct is a telephone and online consumer advice service, which is supported by local authorities in the Central England region, and by The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

Face to Face
Drop in to our headquarters on Old Budbrooke Road Warwick and speak to a Consumer Advice officer - no appointment necessary. Someone should be available to speak to you, Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
