| Health and Safety at Work |
As a business or employer there are a number of obligations and requirements that you must fulfill to maintain good health and safety practice at work, in order to ensure the safety and well being of yourself and the people at your place of work. At Warwickshire County Council we have therefore put together some useful information and links to help you tackle and understand this important and sometimes complicated subject.
Did you know for example, that if your organisation has employees, you must, amongst other things display the Health and Safety Law poster or provide leaflets with the same information to all workers? Also if you have 5 or more employees you must have a written health and safety policy, you must also report some work related accidents to RIDDOR.
