Global Perspective
It is important to understand how other people live, and what actions they are taking to protect the environment so we can learn from them and help each other. For example, how do schools in other countries deal with their waste and do they have a litter problem?
As citizens we need to be responsible for our own actions. This includes taking environmental, social and economic impacts into consideration when making decisions. This will ensure we leave a healthy world for future generations.

Buying 'Fairtrade' items enables poorer people in other countries to be paid a fair price for the produce they grow.
