European flag

INTERREG is a Community initiative which aims to stimulate interregional cooperation in the EU. It is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). WCC is leading one INTERREG project and was a partner with the University of Warwick in another.

The Children in Need Service was involved in a two-year project, Presentia, looking at truancy issues in pupils aged 12-16 with partners in Italy and Sweden.

A number of Warwickshire schools are also involved in both European and international projects and partnerships. Visit the Education & Europe pages for more information.
