Household Waste Recycling Centres
There are nine household waste recycling centres (HWRC's) in Warwickshire. You can find out exact locations including postcodes, opening times, acceptable materials and information on height barriers by visiting the individual site webpages - using the map or the links below. Vehicle and trailer restrictions apply at all sites. Please note your kerb side refuse service is carried out by your relevant Borough or District Council. Burton Farm and Hunters Lane HWRC's are run directly by Warwickshire County Council. The other HWRC’s are run by contractor’s on behalf of Warwickshire County Council. The staff at these sites are not directly employed by Warwickshire County Council. If you have any queries regarding the sites please contact Waste Management. Recycling Centre News Hunters Lane Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) was short-listed in the Lets Recycle.com - Awards of Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management 2009- as Household Waste Recycling Centre of the Year. New arrangements for plasterboard disposal at all HWRC's. WCC teams up with Recycle Now to support the 'don't bin it, bring it!' campaign. Warwickshire County Council is proposing to develop a new household waste recycling centre and waste transfer station in North Warwickshire.
