WSCB Multi-Agency Child Protection Training

Shaping WSCB Interagency Training

A comprehensive WSCB Training Needs Analysis was undertaken between July - December 2007 with over 287 responses being received from representatives and practitioners from 11 different agencies and organisations that provide services to Children and Young People in Warwickshire. The final report was presented in March 2008 to the Training Sub Committee. The Training Sub Committee scrutinised the recommendations and formulated an overarching training strategy that embraces identified training need as well as dovetailing with national and local drivers.
