Decriminalised parking enforcement in Rugby Borough was introduced in October 2006. This means that Borough Council employed Parking Attendants are enforcing both on-street and in Borough owned car parks. Residents’ Parking Schemes, along with on-street Pay and Display, are necessary in certain areas of Rugby in order to aid the aims of DPE and protect residents.
