Dancing with the Rainbow
The Rainbow Sunshine Company (RSC) has been established for 9 years and provides people with learning and physical disabilities the opportunity to socialise and develop confidence through theatre skills. Many of the members have profound disabilities and attend with support from their carers.
This project developed out of the members expressed desire to dance. AMICI Dance Theatre Company’s nationally renowned Artistic Director Wolfgang Stange and Education Officer Colm Gallagher worked with RSC to develop a dance piece that was performed at the Bedworth Civic Hall to and audience of over 150 people in 2007. |
