The 6 Blocks
The LAA will be delivered through six blocks. The block leader for each block has overall responsibility for the implementation of the outcomes contained within their block. To help them achieve this each block has a Countywide theme group to ensure overall co-ordination. This is then complemented by local LSP theme groups by block to assist in the localisation of targets across each of the five boroughs and districts that fall within the County of Warwickshire.
The outcome contained within each block are underpinned by a vision which seeks to establish those priorities that can be best achieved through partnership working. |
