Provider Area - Legal & Contracts Warwickshire Supporting People Team currently makes a payment to providers under 2 different types of contract: BLOCK GROSS - The contract states a specific annual contract value, which is paid in instalments every 4 weeks. These contracts typically relate to "short-term " services where individual's expected housing support would not exceed 2 years. BLOCK SUBSIDY - The contract states a specific weekly rate of housing support payable. How much the Provider will receive over the contract year will depend on the number of eligible service users it advises the Local Authority of, up to the maximum client capacity as stated in the contract. These contracts typically related to "longer-term" services where an individual's housing support is likely to exceed 2 years. |
