Meetings and Minutes The Supporting People Programme is a partnership. The partnership includes Warwickshire County Council, the 5 District & Borough Councils (North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, and Stratford Upon Avon), NHS Warwickshire (Primary Care Trust), and the Probation Service. Minutes are placed on the website when they have been agreed by the specific group. Warwickshire Housing Support Partnership (Formerly Commissioning Body) This Body is made up of Senior Managers/Directors and Elected Members (Councillors) from the partnership organisations. This group meets every other month.
