The Supporting People programme is a partnership. The partnership includes Warwickshire County Council, the 5 District & Borough Councils (North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, and Stratford Upon Avon), NHS Warwickshire (Primary Care Trust), and the Probation Service.
Minutes are placed on the website when they have been agreed by the specific group.

This Group consists of Strategists and Commissioners from the 5 District & Borough Councils, Primary Care Trusts, Probation Service Adult Social Care (previously Social Services), and nominated 'Providers Together' members from housing related support services, service users and carers members of SURGe, the group also invite other specialists when required. Monthly meetings take place.

This Group is for people who are supported, have been supported or are carers of someone who has support from a Supporting People service in Warwickshire. The group meets every month.
