Warwickshire County Council and the District and Borough Councils participate in a Category 1 and 2 multi-agency Business Continuity Management Working group. The purpose of this group is to share best practice and work with each other in developing business continuity.
Warwickshire County Council in conjunction with the District and Borough Council's is planning to hold one day workshops for local firms and voluntary groups in the North, South and Central parts of Warwickshire.
