Race Equality - Cultural Awareness Training
Nubbia Kazmi, independent trainer came to talk to the Race Partnership about Cultural Awareness Training.
As the attached presentation shows such training helps public sector organisations meet their statutory obligations under the Race Relations Amendment Act to promote good race relations. It helps employees to understand how they can respect and value the differences, whilst celebrating the common humanity of all people, be
they employees, pupils, staff , governors, parents , customers etc.
