Sharing your information to provide services
Personal data includes information we hold for contact use and processing the services you require, including those delivered through the Warwickshire Direct Partnership. To deliver services more efficiently the partnership may share your information. For further information please see the attached Privacy Notice on using your information to improve services .
An Information Sharing Charter has been agreed by the Warwickshire Public Service Board, who are responsible for driving through the delivery of the Local Area Agreement (LAA) for Warwickshire. They work to improve public services across Warwickshire and brings together the key partner agencies within Warwickshire. This charter sets out the commitment of all partners to sharing information they hold in a fair and transparent manner.
At a more detailed level, we continue to develop Information Sharing Protocols with partners to share specific data for services, and these will be listed here in the near future in order to provide full information about your information and how we use it.
In line with best practice and working towards the "Framework code of practice for sharing personal information" from the Information Commissioner's Office, these will be split into four tiers:
Tier 1 - Framework for Warwickshire (The Warwickshire Information Sharing Charter)
Tier 2 - Information Community Agreement (Protocols for each area where information is shared)
Tier 3 - Operational Arrangement (used by operational staff)
Tier 4 - Privacy Notices (Guides for customers/users such as the Fair Processing Notice)
