Consultation

The Local Area Agreement (LAA) contains a range of qualitative measures that can only be collected via large scale surveys. In order to produce baseline data for the mandatory LAA indicators, several questions were included in the most recent version of Warwickshire County Council’s Public Satisfaction Survey. However, there were several measures that did not have baseline data or no recognised, consistent and robust mechanism for collecting the information on an annual basis.

Therfore is was decided (by all Partners) to undertake a survey in May 2007 to gather baseline data to fill the gaps. The survey was posted to 12,000 randomly selected Warwickshire residents with a response rate of 23%. The data was weighted accoringly to make it representative of the general population.
