How to rate our information or service

We use a quick and easy way for you to leave feedback on the services and information we provide whenever you contact the council – by phone, by email, online or in person. The survey takes no longer than 2 minutes to complete and it is anonymous.

Using the feedback system is simple. Simply select one of the faces which best matches how you feel about the service or information you received.

Rating our Website

When you access our Website you will see the rating “faces” at the bottom of each page. To give feedback on a particular web page, just click on the appropriate face. This will take you to the online survey where we will ask you a few more questions to understand the reasons for your rating. You will also have the option of leaving a more detailed comment.

Whenever you visit Shire Hall in Warwick you will be able to leave feedback using an interactive touch screen kiosk.

To use the kiosk, simply press the “face” that best describes your experience and complete the on screen survey.

The facility to leave additional comments is also available when using the kiosk.

What we do with your feedback

All your feedback is automatically captured by an online reporting system, which can quickly produce reports, identifying where we are doing well, and where there might be areas for improvement.

Sometimes we can make simple changes to the way we deliver services straight away, but other times your comments require us to do more work before we can put things right.

Your ratings and comments are collected on our behalf by rol Solutions Ltd under the GovMetric® brand name. They are anonymous – they cannot be attributed to an individual as long as you do not provide any personal contact details in the free text comments box.
