| Strategic Planning (Pre the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004) Warwickshire Structure Plan (WASP) Monitoring Report (1996-2003) | ||
| This monitoring report provides the raw information on how the policies are performing and its analysis will provide the bedrock for the management and review of the plan. Its purpose is to monitor the impact of the policies against indicative targets such as affordable housing provision and amount of urban brownfield development. It also attempts to test various underlying assumptions in the WASP in terms of the level of shift between the manufacturing and service sectors. The Monitoring Report can be downloaded in full or in sections using the headings below.
| ||
| As a result of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which abolishes structure plans, this will be the last structure plan monitoring report. The act requires authorities to produce an Annual Monitoring Report which will review progress of the emerging Local Development Documents against the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme and assess the extent to which policies in the Local Development Documents are being successfully implemented.
