Events in Warwickshire - User Guide

The Events Guide contains a listing of events taking place in Warwickshire. You can browse through the guide to find an event that may be of interest to you.

This user guide is intended to give you an overview on how to use the guide to find any event.

1. The screenshot on the right shows the event guide.

(+) plus sign

Click on the + sign to expand a list heading. The plus sign indicates there are more events under that heading.

(-) minus sign

The minus sign indicates that a list heading has fully been expanded. You can click it again to collapse that list heading.

2. To see details of an event that may be of interest to you, click on the hyperlink (the underlined word). This will display the event details as seen in the screenshot to the right.
3. Once you have viewed the events details click the back button on your browser to return to the events guide.

The screenshot on the right shows the events search facility. You can use it to look up a particular event.

Just type in a search keyword or phrase. Then click search.

Customising or altering the way events are displayed

You can customise or alter the way events are displayed in the following ways:

SHOW
Use the Show Rows drop down menu to decide whether to view between 30 and 150 rows in one go.

EXPAND LIST | COLLAPSE LIST
This lets you decide how much detail you want the list to show you.
EXPAND LIST shows summary details for all the Events in a category. (therefore shows fewer on a page)
COLLAPSE LIST shows only a list of headings. (but will show more on a page)

VIEWING EVENTS
Use the View Events dropdown menu to choose the view in which the events are displayed. You can choose any one that suits you ranging from Regular events to Events By Organisation.
