Join Today
Ask any member of staff at any of our libraries for a membership form.
You need to show either two forms of identification:
- something with proof of your address - for example a bank statement;
- something with your signature on it - for example, a driving licence;
or a European style driving licence (a modern driving licence) with photo, address, name and signature.
Eligibilty
Full membership of Warwickshire libraries is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Warwickshire or lives in a neighbouring county and will do so for more than eight weeks from the date of joining.
If you are visiting the county for between eight days and eight weeks you can join as a temporary member.
Under 16s
Your parent, guardian or grandparent needs to sign the membership form and show two forms of ID or their library card. You become an adult member of the library when you are 16 years old.
- complete the form - select the 'complete form without logging in' link on the first page;
- bring one form of ID to the library, to activate your card;
- let us know about any concessions;
- if you are under 16, ask a parent or carer to be a guarantor, by completing the form for you and bringing identification to the library.
