	Atherstone and Polesworth

	Atherstone and Polesworth undertook a 'Healthcheck' and developed an Action Plan in May 2002. The two towns worked together to deliver a range of projects through a ‘Joint Action Group’ or JAG. The work of this group was completed in March 2006. There is currently a succession strategy being drawn up to follow on from this work.
