| Progress with the municipal waste management strategy |

| Warwickshire’s Municipal Waste Management Strategy sets out how the Warwickshire authorities plan to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill while reducing the amount of waste generated and increasing recycling and composting. Warwickshire’s Municipal Waste Management Strategy was adopted by the Warwickshire Waste Partnership in October 2005 and launched in January 2006.

Producing the Waste Strategy was essentially the easy part, the Warwickshire Waste Partnership now has to work together to put policy into practice.
