What does it do?
|
- Give information about services available for older people from Adult Social Care (previously Social Services) and other sources
- Give information about eligibility for those services including potential charges
- Enable users to undertake a simple on-line eligibility check to help decide whether or not they may be eligible for services
- Enable users to submit a request for an assessment on-line
- Enable Carers to submit requests for assessments for the person they care for and themselves
