Supporting People is a Government programme. It aims to provide a better quality of life for vulnerable people in Warwickshire.
What we can do for you
- Support you to live in your own home, in the community or in specialist schemes.
- If you have been homeless, in hospital or prison, we will help you gain and develop skills to live independently.
- Support you to maintain your independence at home.
- Help prevent problems that can lead to you having a long stay in hospital or care, going to prison, being evicted or made homeless.
- Help you feel safer and healthier.
- Help you improve your financial situation and your involvement in communities.
