The Warwickshire School Race Equality Awards are judged on 8 key criteria, some aspects of which are:
 Evidence of mainstreaming race equality across all aspects of school life (more than a one off project).
Evidence of concrete outcomes and any external validation e.g. OfSTED reports.
What future plans there are to further develop the work to mainstream race equality and cultural diversity i.e. is sustainability built in.
Involvement of the wider community e.g. parents, Governors, community partnerships. |
