The country park, covering 137 acres of woodland and open hilltop has magnificent views across the Anker Valley. Opened by Warwickshire County Council with assistance from the Countryside Agency in 1978, the species rich woodlands have been traditionally managed which has led to the site receiving the Forestry Authority's 'centre of excellence' award.
Visitors will no longer need to walk along the entrance road to the park to gain access to and from the 'Easy Going Trail'. A new link has recently been constructed to allow visitors to complete the trail in the wood away from the road.
This short film highlights some of the attractions that Hartsill Hayes Country Parks has to offer. This video does not contain dialogue.
