mobile library users survey
Warwickshire has four mobile libraries covering the county on a regular basis. During July 2003 we asked users to complete a questionnaire to help find out what they thought of the service.

- 40% response rate.
- 70% of the respondents only visit mobile libraries
- 99% of users are satisfied with the service they receive
- encouraging comments from users were received such as:
- “As a non-driver, I really need the mobile library. It has been calling at my stop for over 30 years and I hope that this won’t change.”
- “We are lucky to have the library call – I hope it keeps coming!”
- “ I am satisfied with and grateful for your present services. The driver’s attention and courtesy is first class.”
- “I think this is a very worthwhile service. Now I have found it I will hopefully be able to continue enjoying the convenience.”
