Service Desk - the single point of contact

Our Service Desk has dedicated staff that are trained to

offer a high standard of service to our customers. It provides a single point of contact into the ICT Development Service, resolving more queries at the first point of contact. Our staff monitor requests to ensure they are dealt with within our support service level agreement.
