Adult Public Library User Survey 2003
adult survey
Public Library User Surveys (PLUS) were carried out in 36 Warwickshire libraries at the end of last year. Adult library visitors were asked to complete straightforward questionnaires on the levels of service and satisfaction they received.
Such surveys are conducted nationally to give library-users across the county - and country - a chance to have their say on the stock, staff and services provided in their area.
Warwickshire's results exceeded national targets in four out of five categories.
