Hammond Business Centre opened in 1987 and consists of 24 industrial units. Two unit sizes are available:
- 50 square metres (540 square feet)
- 76 square metres (820 square feet)

The centre has cctv, security lighting and mobile security patrols. Each unit has allocated parking, roller shutter door and separate personnel door. The units have three phase electricity and water supplies.
The centres management is based next door in Centenary Business Centre and additional services, including franking and meeting room hire are available from here. |
The units are available on a business lease, for a maximum term of 6 years. They contain a full repairing obligation by the tenant and there is a break clause in favour of the tenant, on giving three months’ prior written notice. |
