Is it secure?
All online payment transactions are secured by industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card details are not collected by Warwickshire County Council, but by WorldPay, our online payment provider. WorldPay is a leading provider of online payment services, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. More details about WorldPay can be found at http://www.worldpay.co.uk
Which cards do you accept?
Currently, we accept the following debit card payments for online payments:
Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron

The following credit cards are also accepted:
JCB, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Purchasing

How do I know if my payment was successful?
You will receive an email from our online payment provider WorldPay confirming your transaction including a Transaction ID for the payment.
How do I pay an invoice online?
WCC invoices can be paid online using Quick Pay
Can I make payments over the phone?
No we currently are only able to accept card payments via the website.
Will Warwickshire County Council charge me extra to pay online?
No. Warwickshire County Council will not levy any additional charge if you choose to pay online.

WCC (the Authority) reserves the right to decline any order for goods and services to be provided by the Authority, or to decline payment by debit or credit card for such goods or services. Where an intended payment by debit or credit card is declined by the Authority, the goods or services shall not be provided until such time as payment by an alternative method has been accepted by the Authority.
