Local Funding for Arts Projects
Listed below are a number of local providers of arts grants and sources of advice and information on arts funding.
The arts in England are funded through a wide range of sources. These include Government subsidies, box office earnings, charities and foundations, private donations and business sponsorship. Visit our web page on UK Funding Sources for Arts Projects for further information.
Non-arts funders may consider funding your arts project if you are working with diverse communities or in areas that they are interested in funding, so it is worth checking other sources of funding. Search for funds using GRANTnet, our free and easy to use online grants database.
