Community Transport provides transport for those outside of the conventional public transport network, such as those who live in isolated rural areas or cannot use conventional public transport. Many of these services have come about as a result of people working together to solve a need for transport and may by provided by non-profit making organisations, often run by volunteers, or with the aid of Warwickshire Council Council funding.
It can also help with the provision of transport for community activities and even includes schemes to overcome immobility to gain employment or access training schemes.
