Its goal was to be a 'hands on' craft brewery making a wide range of cask conditioned beers . The Brewery's philosophy only allows the use of good quality raw materials, such as floor malted barley and whole hops; definitely no processed sugars!
They produces over two dozen different beers, about five of which are brewed each week. Church End has it’s own brewery tap serving a selection of their own brews.

They will be reviving the traditional craft of hand-brewing local beers, on-site at the pub, after an absence of over 100 years! Tunnel Brewery is dedicated to using the finest local raw materials, such as Maris Otter malts and First Gold hops. These will be matched alongside traditional English brewing methods.
Along with house beers they will offer a portfolio of seasonal and celebration ales as well as a fine range of imported artisanal beers alongside their own fine range of bottle conditioned ales.
