children survey
Public Library User Surveys (PLUS) were carried out in 37 Warwickshire libraries at the end of last year. Young library visitors completed a questionnaire, which helped us to measure their satisfaction with various aspects of the service.
Such surveys are conducted nationally to give library-users across the county - and country - a chance to have their say on the stock, staff and services provided in their area.
