CHANGE OF USE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO D1 TO ALLOW THE SITE TO BE UTILISED AS A SOCIAL EDUCATION CENTRE FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND IN SOME CASES SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. PLUS ALTERATIONS AND SMALL EXTENSION. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, and any other documents submitted with it, during the normal opening hours at:
