Postal applications must be completed by the owner of the skip and returned to the appropriate Area Surveyor at either North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth, Rugby, Stratford, Warwick.
An application form must be completed and returned NOT LESS THAN 3 WORKING DAYS before it is intended to place the skip on the highway.
A cheque for £25 should be submitted with the application, unless your Company has been approved for a monthly account.

Applications from owners will be accepted provided that the skip owner is clearly identified and the owner indemnifies Warwickshire County Council and meets with its insurance requirements set out below.
Public Liability insurance cover of not less than £5,000,000 is required and we request evidence that such insurance is in force.
